Lee is the founding director of CCS Limited, and has over 30 years’ experience in Facilities management and technical engineering. Gaining a wealth of experience in advising on all aspects of service delivery, strategy and has led FM technical operations and mobilisation programmes for a wide range of organisations. Experienced in all aspects of business, encompassing operational, sales, project management and the mobilisation of several large multi-site portfolios in both central London and nationally.

Risk and cost management experience to ensure operational and project demands stay within budget whilst fulfilling project scope. Alignment with client requirement to ensure new project commissioning and handover are successfully delivered to specified business objectives. Over a decade of experience in sales and strategy planning, team management and client relationship development. NEBOSH accredited providing Fire risk assessments to commercial properties.
